this is a place to post your photos of nature taking her own back from civilization. there's something romantic, nostalgic, and evocative about the wild and untended.

kudzu, ivy, boston creeper, untended bushes, tall grass and weeds - anything green and growing running rampant over objects ranging from a tree stump to a mansion would be good subject matter.

if posted, these should be your own photos only, unless the photographer has given permission for his or her work to be posted (in which case please credit appropriately). links and URLs to sites or pictures of interest (like this one or that one are welcomed. please place large or multiple photos behind a cut.
